Highball Week sounds like the perfect excuse to make a whole night out of it — I love when a bar leans into a theme and lets people explore different flavours instead of just ordering the usual. The menu looks like it’d be fun to “taste test” with friends and compare favourites round by round. The only downside of a packed lounge is that the air can get heavy fast, especially with lots of people, mixers, and candles. I’ve started noticing how much that affects my energy the next day. That’s why I keep an air quality monitor at home — it helps me track VOCs and particulate levels after nights out and decide when to ventilate so I actually recover…
